A Sustainable Polymer Company
We provide compostable biopolymer substrates to manufacture sustainable, single-use products without harmful plastics.
The Problem
with Single-Use Plastics
A plastic fork used for 15 minutes can take 500 years to break down in a landfill or ocean. Designed for moments, yet persisting for centuries, this mismatch between use and lifespan is a core issue with single-use plastics.
The production of single-use plastics also has a huge carbon footprint. It relies on fossil fuels, contributing to climate change. Once discarded, plastic waste poses a threat to wildlife—sea turtles, birds, and marine mammals often mistake plastic for food, with deadly consequences.
Plastics break into microplastics, contaminating water, marine life, and even our food chain. Studies show that microplastics have been found in everything from drinking water to human lungs.
Only a small fraction of plastics labeled as recyclable actually get recycled. The rest ends up in landfills, incinerators, or oceans. Even many eco-plastics touted as ‘compostable’ require highly specific conditions not found in most recycling facilities.
Our Solution
Plug & Play
With strong mechanical properties, exceptional flexibility, and excellent processing compatibility, Dizolv runs seamlessly on PET and HDPE equipment—at lower temperatures—helping manufacturers reduce energy usage without slowing down production.
100% Compostable*
Cost Comparable
95% of the raw materials that make our product are from the US. It lowers our carbon footprint and keeps costs in the same price range as non-compostable alternatives.
* Certification Pending

Our Story
For too long, plastic pollution has lingered in our oceans, landfills, and lives. Dizolv was born to change that narrative. What if we could create a material that performs like plastic but dissolves back into nature without a trace? This question sparked a journey between two friends, both passionate about sustainability and ready for the challenge.
We assembled a team of scientists, engineers, and innovators, driven by the goal of replacing single-use plastic with something radically kinder to our environment. After rigorous research and prototyping, Dizolv’s breakthrough was realized: a compostable substrate that behaves nearly identical to plastic—minus the harmful microplastics.
By offering manufacturers a sustainable, high-performance alternative, we’re helping redefine what packaging can be. Recycling alone isn’t enough; it’s time for solutions that are designed to truly disappear.
